The Villa has a fantastic light, airy and open plan layout.
It has a kitchen, full laundry room, games room and living room.
It has 5 bedrooms, in total, 2 with En-Suite.
There are an additional 2 bathrooms also.
3 Bedrooms are fitted with queen beds.
1 has a double bunkbed with a single above
and 1 has 2 single beds.
Amenities
The Villa has an abundance of offerings to keep the whole family busy.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for either a pizza delivery or a full roast dinner.
In the living room, there is an exceptionally large and extremely comfortable sofa that seats 12, it sends even the insomniacs in us asleep.
Full cable tv, surround sound system, Blu ray dvd player and printer.
There is a games room with a pool table, air hockey table and darts board.
Every bedroom has a flat screen television and cable installed.
Outside you will find a Lanai with seating and table, a full size heated swimming pool and spa.
And of course WIFI throughout.
Rates
We try and keep our prices very competetive and look to give you the best prices possible.
The price is for the whole villa not per person.
Standard Rate is £90 per night
Summer Rate 1st June - 2nd September is £100 per night
Thanksgiving and Christmas is £125 per night.
There is a check cleaning charge of £91
Local tax is charged at 11%
Pool heat is charged at £16 per day
